Added a few mods that add dummies and I think like a tacz addon and a satchel? idk this gets a .1 moniker

we added TACZ and like Immersive Vehicles plus some addons (Planes & Cars, Cars & Sport Cars) plus some completionist thingies. idk we also removed some mods, please join discord if having any problems!
