PokéCraft Transition Update

We’re officially moving on from Ruinous Horizons.

After a lot of time spent refining the experience, development is now fully focused on our new server: CobblemonEX.

This update marks a major shift in direction for the modpack.

Server Direction

Dropped full support for Ruinous Horizons
Pack is now built and balanced around CobblemonEX
New systems, progression, and features are designed specifically for this server

Modpack Changes

Reworked mod list (removed outdated/unused mods, added new ones)
Improved overall stability and compatibility
General cleanup across configs

Performance & Visuals

Added shaderpack configurations
Improved default performance settings
Better optimization out of the box (less tweaking needed)

Server Compatibility

This modpack can still be used on other servers, but keep in mind:

Some client-side or performance mods (like Sodium, etc.) may conflict depending on the server
You might need to remove or adjust certain mods for full compatibility
