Tiny clientside Cobblemon addon that adds a tooltip description to moves in battles with the move description, stats, and type matchup because I refuse to actually learn how the game works

- Made the mod good (type matchups no longer hardcoded)
- Added support for "special case" moves (eg. steel isn't immune to rock, but is immune to Sandstorm)
- Self-targeting moves no longer show effectiveness against opponent
