CobbleDex turns REI, JEI, or EMI into a full in-game Cobblemon reference. Click a Pokemon and inspect its spawns, evolutions, drops, moves, stats, forms, fossils, obtainment methods, riding data, and more without leaving the game.

CobbleDex REI/JEI/EMI
CobbleDex turns REI, JEI, or EMI into a full in-game Cobblemon reference.
Click a Pokemon and inspect its spawns, evolutions, drops, moves, stats, forms, fossils, obtainment methods, riding data, and more without leaving the game.
You only need one supported viewer installed:
- REI
- JEI
- EMI
What CobbleDex Adds
CobbleDex currently adds dedicated pages for:
Spawn Data Biomes, biome tags, level range, spawn bucket, spawn context, weather, time windows, moon phase, dimensions, structures, nearby blocks, base blocks, light, sky light, Y range, fluids, lure requirements, exclusions, and weight multipliers.
Evolution Chains Full evolution families with branching lines, clickable Pokemon, clickable evolution items, inline requirements, and major form-change branches.
Special Obtainment Altars, shrines, resurrection methods, transformations, events, quests, raids, gifts, NPC methods, required items, location requirements, notes, and source-aware entries.
Item Drops Drop items, drop chance, and quantity or quantity ranges.
Stats HP, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, BST, typing, and EV yield.
Moves Level-up moves, egg moves, tutor moves, TM moves, and per-move details including type, category, power, accuracy, PP, and description tooltips.
Pokedex Info Abilities, hidden ability, egg groups, gender ratio, egg cycles, catch rate, base friendship, EXP group, base EXP yield, height, weight, shoulder-mountable flag, and source mod.
Pokedex Description Flavor text entries in a dedicated page.
Fossils Fossil combinations needed to obtain each Pokemon, including reverse fossil lookup.
Type Chart Weaknesses, resistances, immunities, and exact multipliers.
Natures Full nature table with increased and decreased stats.
Alternate Forms Form pages with form sprites, typing, abilities, hidden ability, and BST, plus sibling-form navigation.
Riding Data Mount type, riding style, seat count, and min-max ranges for speed, acceleration, skill, jump, and stamina.
Built For Real Modpacks
CobbleDex is not limited to a tiny static dex.
It reads and presents data from:
- Cobblemon
- addon mods
- datapacks
- synced multiplayer data
- ZIP datapacks
- form-specific species data
That makes it useful in heavily customized packs, not just vanilla Cobblemon installs.
Navigation and Quality Of Life
- Search Pokemon directly in REI, JEI, or EMI
- Browse form-specific pages for regional forms, Mega forms, Gigantamax, Primal, Ultra Burst, and other significant variants
- Hover abilities to read ability descriptions
- Hover moves to read move stats and descriptions
- Reverse lookup TM items to see which Pokemon learn that move
- Reverse lookup fossil items to see which Pokemon they revive
- Reverse lookup drop items to see which Pokemon drop them
- Pokemon tooltips can show Pokédex number plus counts for spawns, evolutions, drops, and obtainment entries
Multiplayer-Friendly
CobbleDex is a client-side mod.
It works in:
- singleplayer
- LAN
- dedicated servers
Players do not need the server to have CobbleDex installed for the mod to be useful.
Export Support
CobbleDex also includes:
/cobbledex export
This exports the collected data to a multi-sheet .xlsx workbook for pack documentation, balancing, or guide writing.

- Install Cobblemon.
