Steam Gardens SMP

What is this Modpack?

This is the modpack used on the Steam Gardens SMP. It will receive semi-regular updates to simply keep mods up-to-date and additional mods may be added every now and then. It's recommended to play with the 1.21.1 NeoForge port of Voxy and whichever client-side mods you want since this pack only includes the mods required to actually join the server, as well as some performance mods. This is done so that you can either play with a largely vanilla plus experience or install whatever client-side things you want without having to fight with preinstalled mods.

What Does it Have?

This pack is primarily focused on Create, Create Aeronautics, and Farmer's Delight. There are upwards of 30+ Create addons for quality of life and enhanced automation of as much as possible; as well as cross-dimensional railway travel in both the Nether and End thanks to the Create Ender Gateways addon. You can pump and refine oil with the Create Diesel Generators addon, make jetpacks with the Create Stuff n Additions addon, and create moving bases and vehicles with Create Aeronautics.

Additionally, there is compatibility between many of the Farmer's Delight addons and Create, so not only can you cook and bake an enormous variety of food items, but you can automate their production as well. Additionally, Aquaculture 2 expands upon the fishing aspect of these mods, and with Minecraft Comes Alive Reborn you can create and rule towns and cities to your heart's content!

There are also a fair few quality of life mods to improve the overall experience:

• Sawmill: Similar to the stonecutter but for wood; allows you to craft many wooden things from just logs or planks
• Enderman/Creeper Overhaul: Adds enderman and creeper variants to many biomes
• VanillaBackport/Copper Age Backport: Backports many modern Minecraft features such as pale oak wood and sulfur caves
• Accessories: Adds many new slots so you can wear elytras, engineer's goggles, and backpacks without taking up vital armour slots
• Amplified Nether: Makes the nether much taller, essential for traversing the nether with Create Aeronautics
• Continents/Deeper Oceans: Splits land into larger continents with larger and deeper oceans
• Dungeons and Taverns: Adds many new structures and overhauls old ones for enhanced exploration
• Handcrafted/Macaw's Mods: Adds lots of new furniture and decorative blocks to significantly expand your palette
• Quark: Many little tweaks and additions
• Resourcify: Allows you to install and update resource packs and shaderpacks in-game!
• Tom's Simple Storage Mod: Enhanced and accessible storage for large chest monsters or storage rooms
• Traveller's Backpacks: Much more inventory space and convenience for travel
• WITS: Allows you to see what structure you're in with a single command!

Can I Use This Modpack in Singleplayer?

You may use this modpack for singleplayer, however there will be no official support for doing so. This modpack is intended for use on the server itself, which is whitelist-only. Once the server has ended, so will support for this pack.
