Modifies commonly used Accessory API's to work with Accessories, unifying a modpack under one Accessory API

Accessories Compatibility Layer
Using Accessories as the framework, this mod acts as a wrapper for both Trinkets and Curios, using mixin patches on top of both mods. It is designed with support for a Connector or Kilt, meaning trinkets or curios support will work on fabric or neoforge.
Requires:
- Accessories
- Trinkets and/or Curios
Replaces:
The following compat layers are no longer required when using this version:
Issues:
- All screens or renderings for such have been unified to the Accessories Screen for the time being
- Curios: Some features are known problems and will be attempted to be resolved in the future
- Active states are currently unimplemented, meaning mods taking advantage of such will be unable to control the state of equipped accessories
ICurioSlotExtensionis not implemented, meaning any stack replacement or tooltip adjustments will not work

Fix crash caused by an invalid mixin target with the recent update to Accessories

Fixes:
- Fix cases where Curios ID is used for attribute id instead of using such as a id seed
- Fix issues with tag mutation API using immutable lists
- Fix issues with drop rules not being properly used for curios items leading to some items dropping always
Additions:
- Add an optional Pocket slot, which acts as a replacement for the Curio slot.
