well optimized modpack meant for controller that runs on my macbook at 100fps with full settings BUT 8 RENDER DISTANCE *no promises past that

added bosses, weapons, armor, biomes, and more

200+ mods

below are disclaimers and other important-ish information, if you have issues with the pack i mightve mentioned them below but you dont need to read it all

shaders ARE supported! the mod Chunks fade in is beautiful for low render distances and i use it for my mac (shaders do horrible things to my mac), but when using shaders, make sure to disable it (this can be done in-game, click on the cube next to video settings and simply change Fade enabled: to NO). this should clear any graphical glitches you may experiance when loading chunks

PC PLAYERS!!! i cant speak for all but my pc wouldnt register any controller imputs. i had to force not use native library and build the binds from scratch (took less than 5 minutes). if you need help join the discord and i'll be happy to assist. I wont say this is fixed but ive uninstalled and reinstalled this pack a bunch and the problem isnt as prevalent after the 2.0 update

the correct version of Nvidium is in the pack but disabled, just enable it if you have an NVIDIA card. Nvidium IS recommended for people with NVIDIA cards (i got a 3060). i tried it and found decent boost in fps (0.2.5 is the latest version that will work with Sodium version 0.5.3)

it has ESSENTIAL mod but mac doesnt like voice chat (mic permissions) so if you want proximity to play with your friends, enable it in the pack (interactions recommended for fun stuff like deep dark)

Controlify wheel uses your keyboard keybinds (sorta), so make sure to clear any conflicts you may have (for example i set x for rolling on controller. the deafult keybind for rolling is r, which is shared with a few mods; so whenever x is pressed, all my binds associated with r are triggered)

i linked a VERY work in progress (since its just me in it for now lol) discord just in case players who like the pack find bugs, have questions, or make suggestions for/about the pack (or just meet other players wanting to start a world)

i would be open to working on a questing system (with Heracles) to help players along the pack and to hit all the cool bosses

sooo with some testing (basically i was just tryna play the damn game) and every world i loaded into was barren or FROZEN.

my fix was to replace Terrestria with Terralith and Cinderscapes (caught in the crossfire) with BetterNether

bug fixing and some testing to do but i disabled these mods:

  • CIT Resewn *ill probably find a working version later but it was crashing controlify when editing wheel
  • Nvidium *correct version now, enable it if you have an NVIDIA card
  • Simple Voice Chat *was lagging game in multiplayer
  • Voice Chat Interaction *not needed if voice chat disabled
  • Emote Tweaks *so i actually dont want this gone but voice chat is a dependant i guess

shhhh.. you forgot how to count again

  • changed Zoomify to work with Controlify 2.0 (the latest version crashes 2.0 but this later version also fixes a controller sensativity issue)
  • updated Controlify to 2.0 (the update that came out today changes xbox controllers and adds some features ive been wanting *also adds compatibilty with this next mod)
  • added Do a Barrel Roll (JUST TODAY they updated to work with 2.0!!!)
  • added Bodies! Bodies! (im tired of losing my stuff, yeah skill issue)
  • IM JUST NOW REMEMBERING NVIDIUM IS IN THE PACK BUT THE WRONG VERSOION (luckily its disabled, next version will have it correct but if you enable it, please change version to 0.2.5 as that works with Sodium 0.5.3)

got rid of Fabrishot because it crashed the game when you took screenshots. if you want it you might need to disable whatever mod displays the fresh screenshot in the top left as i suspect that's why it crashed (but i think its cute so i just got rid of Fabrishot)

i also enabled Reese's Sodium Options and Sodium Extra and changed their version to work with old sodium

updated too quick and didnt check mod compatability.

changed fabric version to 0.15.7 and Underground Jungle's version to 20.1.0

probably last update for a while unless a mod bugs out and needs removed or something

content update adding structures, building blocks, and a boss (from a brand new dope mod please check it out called Dungeon Now Loading)
