Classic machinery / magic (work in progress) modpack for members of the balls extended community!

- Smooth Chunk Save

Remove the following:
- BadOptimizations
- BetterF3
- Controlling
- Create Big Contraptions
- Dynamic FPS
- Jade
- Jade Addons
- Oculus
- Radium
- WorldEdit CUI
Additional server resources possibly on GitHub at some point maybe idk
