Expanding upon the Official Cobblemon modpack by adding "missing" Pokemon content, including Pokemon Riding and Mega Evolution. Layering that with additional optimization and quality-of-life mods.

This pack was put together for my group of friends in mind.

Breaking issue: Don't use the Eon Datapack yet or it'll crash your server I guess

Notable changes:

  • Replaced SimpleTMs with Where Are My TMs
  • Added a simple Pokedex (shift right click on a Pokemon)
  • Added lots of mons (models and spawns) thanks to community-made datapacks/resource packs (you have to move the datapacks into your world folder to get the spawns)
  • Gym Leaders/badges progression has slightly changed (Radical Cobblemon Trainers to see what changed)
  • Individual trainer skins (finally, those clones were getting old.. credit to matcher_ from Discord)
  • Cleaned up shaderpacks selection
  • Fixed hover text not showing on Multiplayer screen (thanks, EpicOOF)

If you played on this modpack prior to this update:

Several config changes were made that will only affect first-time users of the modpack. If you wish to also try these new "defaults", I would recommend deleting the older files. This is completely optional.

Specifically delete: Cobblemeown\options.txt, Cobblemeown\config\xaerominimap_entities.json, and Cobblemeown\config\chatpatches.json

I would not recommend doing this though if you've made custom keybindings you already like.

  • Changed up the default keybindings a little (no more nasty conflicts!)
  • Enabled recommended resourcepacks by default
  • Enabled minimap icons for Cobblemon by default
  • Disabled timestamps in chat by default
  • Disabled the warning about Amendments not being installed
