Beta 10.2 - Perfect 10 + 2

Summary:

Warning! Mod Removed! Update Could Break Your World! 

We were happy to see the Mod "Create: Steam 'n' Rails"
updated to Create 6.0! That allowed up to update all
the other mods that depend on Create! However we found
out there is a bug that crashes a server install. This 
mod has been too slow to update. Instead of going back
we are going to pul this mod from the mod pack. Maybe
when it becomes more stable we can add it back.

Also during 10.1 testing it some how the BCC mod 
got uodated.... Last update I think!

Beta 6 

Summary:
Updated mods with updates

Fixed recipe collision with Elevator and Bag of 
Yurting. Fixed Packed Up pallets collision with
Compressed Blocks. Cheaper bulb block recipe.
AE2 friendly fluix crystal recipe. Added a 
docs folder to store pack related documentation.
In this case, put the ore distro doc there.

Big Beta 5 

Summary:
Updated mods that had updates. Added mod
Uncrafter. Added recipes for Dimensional Cells,
melted red and blue hearts. Overhauled the mine
world ore generation. Fixed issue where ore creepers
were not spawning.

We are not shipping voicechat config files, fixes the
upgrade issue were your settings got overwitten (sorry)

Updated the internal server admin scripts. They were old
and crusty. Now fresh and clean
