Adds tiny light bulbs in the game, dyeable for free after you place them

Each of the 4 Light Bulb blocks can be dyed in-world without crafting

Previous versions (1.18 1.19) are compatible with shimmer light, and this might come to 1.20.1 in the future if they port the forge version

Ported to 1.21. For colored lighting support, replaced Shimmer with https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/colorful-lighting as a soft dependency. Instead of blockstates the mod uses a standalone block and item for each dyed color.
