This is a Lunar Client alternative modpack, that has almost all the features in Lunar, and even more, allowing you to customize all the individual mods, and even add your own mods!

Why use Comet Client instead of Lunar?

Comet client offers almost all of the same mods, including Essential so a friend system and hosted worlds can be used too! On top of that, you can add ANY mod you want to comet client, meaning there's infinite customizability!

How can I customize the mods in here?

To customize the mods, you can either check with Mod Menu on the home screen or escape screen, or for some mods, it will have a custom keybind which you can find and edit in the controls section.

How can I use the friends system now? How can I host worlds?

Don't worry, Essential has all the same features including a friends+DM system, FREE hosted worlds and more! Your change to Comet Client will be so seamless that you wouldn't notice a difference when playing!

When will it be updated to [insert version]?

When all of the mods this modpack depends on are updated, Comet Client will update as well. We'd love to release as soon as possible, but that's really dependent on the creators of the mods we depend on!

New update: Play Minecraft to earn cosmetics!

We are now partnered with mantle.gg, a mod that gives you cosmetics such as capes and hats and other cool stuff, simply by playing the game as you normally would!

If you're interested, you can simply click the cloak icon once you launch, and you can intall their app to take part! (Completely optional :D)

Comet Client is back with 1.20.4!

As KronHUD appears to no longer be updating, we have changed to the Inventory HUD+ mod. This has a menu that can be accessed via Mod Menu. If you'd like other functionality, remember you can always add your own mods!

Comet Client has had a HUGE upgrade! After many requests, I have remade the entire modpack, and made it more of a base like Lunar Client, but you can search for your own mods to add! One of the primary reasons for this is that KronHUD, the mod that provides all the in-game modules, has not updated. This mod will be reupdated to support that when it releases!

Reduced the size of the resource pack by removing some temp files, so that should further increase performance!

Updates: Updated MCCI Utils to the latest version, to support Discord RP for dodgebolt and add some placeholder music for it.

Removals: Removed MCCI Companion as MCCI Utils does the same job and has more features.
