Server Resource Pack Unlocker
Exactly as the title says, it allows resource packs provided by servers to be overridden and moved in the resource pack menu. That's it.
Up to date version of https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/server-pack-unlocker which was likely abandoned

Disabling a resource pack
To fully disable a server's resource pack (and prevent downloading it) you can change the server resource packs setting to "Disabled" as seen in this image below

Sets the server resource pack's priority to be just above vanilla textures. This removes the need to change where the server resource pack is when joining a server. Helpful for servers like Origin Realms and Minebox

Finally SPU has been updated to most recent versions.
However with this update I have removed the feature that remember where the resource pack was last ordered. This feature was buggy and honestly not required for most users who used the mod.
