Ventra Modpack – Highly Optimized Client-Side Mods for Vanilla Paper Minecraft Servers
The Ventra Modpack is a carefully curated collection of client-side mods designed to enhance performance and visual quality while playing on vanilla-based Minecraft servers. This modpack integrates Sodium, Iris, and various other performance-enhancing and visual improvement mods to provide a smooth and optimized experience when connecting to vanilla servers.
Who Is This Modpack For?
While the primary target of this modpack is players on the Private Ventra server, it can also be used by anyone looking to improve their single-player performance or enhance their experience when playing on other servers.
Why Use This Modpack?

Versioning System
Each version of the Ventra Modpack follows a structured numbering system:
1.x.x → Major updates tied to full Minecraft version changes (e.g., 1.20 → 1.21).
x.1.x → Updates for sub-versions of Minecraft (e.g., 1.21 → 1.21.1).
x.x.1 → Minor mod updates and fixes between major releases.

Updated mods to improve performance and stability.
New in 2.0.3 - Changed server domain ventra.dev -> mc.ventra.dev. This means that a change is required manually to update the .voxy LOD's folder for ventra.dev to be renamed to mc.ventra.dev, and also for the worldmap & minimap to be updated to mc.ventra.dev. Without this they will look brand new.
[!WARNING] You should update the xaero worldmap & minimap along with the .voxy files from ventra.dev to mc.ventra.dev in your instance to preserve things!

Updated mods to latest versions. Performance improvements included here in a few places. Voxy is still working but I am unable to provide my own voxy loaded chunks as they're too large for Modrinth.
Included a shader that is compatible with voxy into the pack.

Ventra Modpack 1.4.2
Updated mods and added a new mod to the pack.
Now including Voxy! Voxy is an LOD mod to manage and store massive amounts of chunks and have them render without an impact to performance.
This does work with specific shaders, but not yet with the primary complimentary shaders that we are using. It will start to store the chunks already though which means when shader support begins, it will be ready to present the massive world.
