VanillaSquad is the official client-side modpack for a comfortable experience on the VanillaSquad server.

It includes everything players need for a smoother and more enjoyable start: performance optimization, voice chat, useful settings, shader support, and small visual improvements. No unnecessary content, no overloaded gameplay, and no changes to the vanilla Minecraft experience.

This modpack does not add new ores, mobs, dimensions, or gameplay systems. Minecraft still feels like Minecraft — it just runs better, looks nicer, and fits the VanillaSquad server experience more comfortably.

What does this modpack improve?

Smooth gameplay

The modpack includes client-side optimization mods that help improve FPS, reduce load, and make the game more stable on different systems.

Voice chat

With Plasmo Voice, you can talk to other players directly in-game. It makes building, exploring, trading, events, and everyday survival feel more alive and natural.

Better visuals

The modpack includes shader support and visual improvements. You can keep the classic Minecraft look or enable a more atmospheric style without complicated manual setup.

Comfort without extra clutter

Mod menus, graphics settings, zoom, stability fixes, Discord RPC, macOS input fixes, and other small quality-of-life improvements are already included and ready to use.

Who is this modpack for?

This modpack is made mainly for players who want to join VanillaSquad without manually searching for mods, checking versions, or setting everything up from scratch.

VanillaSquad is a private Minecraft server focused on vanilla survival, fair gameplay, towns, trading, events, building, and a friendly community. There are no claims, teleports, starter kits, or pay-to-win advantages — everything is built and earned by players.

Main idea

VanillaSquad Modpack does not try to change Minecraft.

It simply makes the game smoother, more stable, more comfortable, and more atmospheric while keeping the vanilla spirit intact.

⚡ Significant changes

We have compiled a large list of issues reported by players and carried out a series of optimizations and fixes. The main focus of this update is improving the performance, stability, and visual quality of the client.

Over the course of a week, the build was tested on various PC configurations. The test results showed a significant increase in FPS, reduced micro-freezes, and faster world loading.

⚠️ We recommend updating the build to get the most stable gaming experience on the VanillaSquad server.
