Scary & Classic

A modpack that revives the nostalgic feel of classic Minecraft, while introducing eerie but simple horror elements in the familiar style of classic Minecraft. This pack is made for players who love the simplicity and charm of old-school Minecraft but with an extra scary twist.

Scary & Classic aims to strike a delicate balance between retro aesthetics, modern gameplay, and psychological horror. You’ll notice the old textures, menus, and visual details that call back to the Alpha and Beta days, but once night falls... the game changes.

Tweaked horror entity spawn rates a smidge to be more balanced. Nether lighting should now be much scarier, and some light config and options refinements.

Removed Cave Dweller Sound Overhaul in order to be able to publish the project, hopefully the creator of it will one day publish it on modrinth. I highly reccomend finding it yourself online and adding it yourself :)
