🕹️ Legacized; Legacy Console Edition brought back; to Java Edition!

✨ This modpack uses Legacy4j and other addons to bring back the feel of classic console gameplay, with all the features, textures, and interfaces you remember.

🌟 Features Included:

👫 Multiplayer System – Join your friends with e4mc!
🎮 Minigames – Battle your way through the classic minigames! The mod Minimega attempts to bring these games back. You will need a Discord account to join their Discord server to start playing Online. You can play Offline without it, however. (Not all minigames are implemented; minigames are developed by Minimega's developers)
🏡 Legacy Worlds – Play in the Tutorial World, Festive World, Super Mario, and more coming soon!
🎨 Classic GUI – Just like the original, with most of the menus, textures, and interfaces!
🎭 Texture Packs and Skin Selection – Most of the old packs now available, again!

Most of the modpack is powered with Legacy4j. This mod provides most of the features provided in the mod. To access options of the mod, click Modification List, find and double click Legacy4j.

When updating the modpack, your options for Minecraft and Legacy4j may be reset. We apologize in advanced.

Updated a lot of mods and resource packs.
Installed many performance mods, including Lithum, FerriteCore, Entity Culling, ImmediatelyFast, and GPUBooster.
Uninstalled Simple Modpack Update Checker.
Updated Minimega version (in response to GitHub bug report #1)

Three updates in two days?! Crazy!

Tweaked the intro again. (Thanks to Legacy Modpack Resources for having a MIT licensing, allowing me to use their textures. Huge shout out to them!)
Added "Chunks fade in".
Added "Festive Mashup Concept Update".
Updated Festive Texture Pack.
Renamed the Mods button in the title screen from "Minecraft Store" to "Modification List" (inspired by "Re-Console").

We're back! (again)

Here is what we have been working on!:

Updated to 1.21.10!
Replaced "World Host" with "e4mc", due to World Host not being updated. Sorry!
Updated the Super Mario Mash-Up World and Texture Pack to fix some bugs.
Updated the Templates to make the default gamemode and dificulty to Surival and Normal.
Removed the Toy Story Mash-Up Pack and the Adventure Time Mash-Up Pack. Both are outdated, broken, and removed from Modrinth. Sorry!
Added "Hermitcraft Skinpack" by ContinuedOak.
Added "Legacy Mechanics" by Nostalgia Reverie.
...and MUCH more!

It's been a long time!

We took a break from development for a while. It's been too much time to remember what was all updated! However, here is the main breakdown:

Updated a ton of mods (including "Legacy4j" and "Minimega")
Removed the "Via" mods
Slightly redone the Texture Packs
Added a mod that removes the texture pack reloading screen. This has been added to be more true to LCE, but there are some small issues. We will try to keep an eye for any problems!
and much more!

1.21.8 will eventually become a version for this modpack. We are just waiting for support on "World Host" and "Minimega". Thanks for downloading!
