The insects and health system are not yet added to this version of the modpack. This is a base version that is used in cadence with the official mod. Check the description of the video to download it. When you do you can add it manually through unlocking the modpack on the modrinth app and adding it there or directly pasting the .jar file in the mods folder.

It is recommended that you allocate 8GB of RAM to Minecraft if you intend to use shaders with this modpack.
