Introduction
Hey there!
I'm ProbsWinter, a modeling hobbyist who plays Wynncraft.
I have had a great time playing on Wynncraft, but I soon realized that many items share the same models.
While the models were neat, the fact that higher-tiered items can have the same look as some common equipment makes them feel less special. Wouldn't it be nice if there were more variation? To change this, I started modeling, and multiple resourcepacks were created in the course of two years, all of which became the foundation of MYTHOS, which is the project you're seeing right now.
You may notice discrepancies in the quality of models, and this is because MYTHOS is still incomplete and growing. I will try my best to get all models to be up-to-date while giving every Mythic item a distinct appearance.
This is a fan-made resourcepack of Wynncraft and I am not affiliated with the team running Wynncraft.
Summary
MYTHOS is a work-in-progress, unofficial resourcepack made for Wynncraft. With a goal of breathing life into items that Wynncraft players all know and love, MYTHOS applies new models to many Mythics and numerous lower-tiered items.

Required Mods
As of now, the resourcepack requires Variants-CIT, which is necessary for detecting item names and applying the corresponding model. Versions of the pack which use Variants-CIT have a [VCIT] tag in their names.
CIT Resewn versions of the pack (marked by a [CITR] tag) are old and unsupported since the mod itself seems to be discontinued.
If the models fail to show up even after installing Variants-CIT, try install Server Pack Unlocker and place MYTHOS above the Wynncraft Pack in your 'Resource Packs...' page to ensure that models in this resourcepack are not overriden by models in the server resourcepack.
It is heavily recommended (but not required) to run Wynntils with this pack, as the mod's Spell Cast Message Overlay function prevents models from not applying when spells are cast. It is also a good general QoL mod for Wynncraft.
Optifine is not supported.

You may not redistribute this project without my permission; nor claim ownership over this project (this includes all assets in this project). If you wish to let more know about MYTHOS, please do so using this link. You can neither repurpose MYTHOS in any other projects nor use MYTHOS for monetary gains unless you have clear permission from me.
This project may be used for content creation or be modified, with the condition that the modified project is not publicly distributed.
Do credit me if it is used for content creation.

Thanks dg_ig for bringing this up to me and listing tons of items that had this problem!
Still, please let me know on Discord if there are anymore items with this problem as it is very much possible that not all has been found and fixed.

-Fixed the pack to work with Wynncraft's Wardrobe Wonders Update.
-From now on, the pack will fully move to VCIT- it has proven to be easier to work with for what this pack is doing and the developer behind CITR seems burnt out and likely won't be keeping the mod up to date. Sorry for the inconveniences caused by this change.

-The resource pack should now work with unidentified items, shiny items and items on the trade market
--This update is all thanks to theIgloo and Karapandza, the former did basically everything above (fixing the pack) and the latter bringing the issue up to me (and also introducing theIgloo and his fix to me). Without them, this probably would not have happened as soon as right now. The file which refers models to apply to e.g. shiny items is rather messy, and as far as I know it isn't possible to make it more compact until the developer behind Variants-CIT adds in features that makes it feasible. Once they do though, I will try my best to change the file to be simpler.

Just 1.2 MYTHOS but uses the good old CIT resewn instead of the cool new Variants-CIT.
Changelogs are on the [VCIT] version, tho it isn't like I added much lol..
