Housing song selection screen is now searchable and scrollable

Fixed closing boxed item search on trade market preventing further interactions
Fixed trade market default sort always using left click to find quickest path
Fixed ctrl click message always displaying with valuables protection in trade market even with ctrl click config disabled
Fixed silencer not disabling when disabling the feature
Fixed bad chat tab ordering deleting tab on save
Fixed crashing when opening map when not on world
Fixed ability tree outdated message displaying when character/class wasn't parsed correctly and when player has a non-support rank
