Increased Cooldowns on some of Cactuar and Jumbo Cactuar's attacks.

New Enemies

Cactuar

Cactuar can now spawn naturally in desert biomes.

These enemies are fast, tricky, and dangerous if ignored. Watch out for their needle attacks! Water magic is especially effective against them.

Jumbo Cactuar — Boss (From FINAL FANTASY VIII)

Jumbo Cactuar has been added as a triggered boss encounter.

Come prepared, because this fight is meant to be much tougher than a normal Cactuar. Water magic is highly recommended.

New Recipes

• Added synthesis recipes for the Meow Wow Charm.
• Added synthesis recipes for the Komory Bat Charm.

Fixes

• Fixed an Ability Links duplication exploit.
• Dream Eaters now properly despawn when their owner logs out.
• Improved Dream Eater cleanup handling to prevent lingering summoned spirits.

This update includes fixes for known exploits. Server owners are strongly encouraged to update as soon as possible.

New System - Spirit Links

Each Dream Eater will have close to if not exactly what they had in DDD and sticking to it as much as possible. Bonuses will be granted as they level up. Dream Eater must be summoned for it to gain XP. Each Dream Eater will have their own XP Multipliers/Growth. This will be changed later to be more faithful to DDD.

New Items

Dream Eater Charms, for now there's only two. One for Meow Wow, the other for Komory Bat. More will be added as more Dream Eaters are added.

New Server CONFIG

Dream Eater XP Multiplier: Default of 1.0 (x1), setting this config to 0 will result in no XP gains for the Dream Eaters.

New Ability

### Confusion Block (Epic Fight Related)
	Inflicts confusion on the attacker upon successful guard. Parrying increases the effect.

Changes

- Chirithy has gained a rework since Meow Wow and Komory Bat were added and now better reflects it's intended role as a Pure-Support.
- Renewal Block is no longer given at level 1 upon login. It is now given by Chirithy (when active) at level 20.
- Poison Block is no longer given at level 1 upon login. It is now given by Meow Wow (when active) at level 35.
- Haste is slightly buffed and no longer affects your FOV
- Fortuna, Blitzer's Dream, Legend's Fang, and Fierce Deity Key are now added to Roxas' Keyblade pool
- Spells removed from the Synth tag
- Refactors for the Style Change System due to new/current KK Version (Thanks to Willaby_Neko)

Fixes

- Chirithy is no longer immortal.
- You can now pet the Dream Eaters.

Organization Panel System

The Organization Panel System has been expanded into a full progression and customization feature.

Players can now collect, purchase, equip, and arrange panels on a grid to customize their stats, abilities, and growth options. Panels can grant stat bonuses, unlock movement abilities, boost spell effects, and interact with nearby panels through special link areas.

New Panel Features

- Panel Shop where players can purchase new panels.
- Panel Inventory for managing owned panels.
- Slot Releasers to expand the available grid space.
- Unequip All button to quickly clear equipped panels.
- Custom panel icons for improved readability.
- Link-area panels, allowing certain panels to enhance compatible panels placed inside their linked slots.

Panel Types

- Stat Panels: Strength, Magic, Defense, AP, and Level Up.
- Growth Panels: High Jump, Dodge Roll, Aerial Dodge, Quick Run, and Glide.
- Boost Panels: Fire Boost, Blizzard Boost, Thunder Boost, Water Boost, Light Boost, Dark Boost, Attack Haste, Draw, Jackpot, Lucky Lucky, and Combo Plus.
- Special Panels: Hearts Are Power and Ultima Weapon.
- Link Panels: Power Link, Magic Link, Guard Link, and Level Link.
- LV Doubler Panels: Special shaped panels that increase level bonuses when Level Up panels are placed in their link areas.
- Link Panel System

Power Link, Magic Link, Guard Link, and LV Doubler now use shaped link areas. Matching panels can be placed inside these areas to gain additional effects:

Power Link enhances linked Strength panels.
Magic Link enhances linked Magic panels.
Guard Link enhances linked Defense panels.
LV Doubler boosts Level Up panels placed within its link area.
