Viltrumite Flight

This mod adds viltrumite-like flight mechanics with smooth animations and sound effects. It works completely standalone in Creative mode and allows you to fly at high speeds with camera shake. It is mainly designed for my upcoming Viltrumite mod but other developers can still hack their way into it if they want to.

flightRotY = 0 (You can change this in the config.)

flightRotY = 0.85 (Default)

You can lock your cruise speed using SNEAK. You can use fast take-off which is triggered using double space while sneaking. Don't let go of the sneak key before you transition out of the NONE into the HOVER state.

There are 4 flight states the player can be in:

• NONE: You are on the ground or falling down normally.
• HOVER: You are floating in the air and can move slowly using WASD+JUMP+SNEAK keys. (Vanilla flight)
• CRUISE: You are flying fast in the direction you are looking. You must hold down SPRINT to accelerate and fly.
• SONIC: You are flying at near top speed. (>= 80%)
