Fork of Globox_Z's TieredZ that adds some QoL things & Accessories Modifiers!

This is a fork of Globox_Z's TieredZ that adds my own spice to the mod!

Be sure to support the original creators Globox_Z and Draylar1!

New features:

A list of modifiers on the side (toggleable) & able to see what bonuses the modifiers add
Able to choose a modifier as the target and reforge until you get that modifier
Accessories are now able to get tiers as well!
Added Tuning Ingots for group specific modifiers!
Added excluding certain items or tags from receiving specific modifiers
Added optional Cursed modifiers (Can no longer be reforged and can be Uncursed via Blessed Scroll)
Able to add spells to modifiers!
