Summary

Dive into a terrifying new Minecraft experience with this new horror mod. This mod introduces a fearsome entity known as "The Watcher," an entity that spawns exclusively at night. His eerie arrival is marked by a dramatic lightning strike and the ominous sound of a heartbeat, instantly forcing all players into survival mode.

Surviving an encounter with The Watcher is no easy feat. Upon his defeat, players are cursed with poison, the in-game time is reset to midnight, and a thunderstorm rolls in, heightening the atmospheric tension. However, you'll hear a chilling victory anthem as a twisted reward for your victory. This mod aims to elevate your Minecraft gameplay with suspense, horror, and thrilling challenges.

Update ALPHA V1.0.2:

  • Added malachite ore & item.
  • Added Malachite pickaxe. (w recipe)
  • You now get advancement when getting attacked by the watcher.
  • Adjusted the watcher's immunity.
  • Remade the watcher entity.(now its technically a new mob)
  • Adjusted the watcher's AI.
  • The watcher should now be able to open doors.
  • The watcher will now keep chasing you even after losing sight of you.
  • Fixed the issue where the watcher would spawn more than one at a time.

GECKOLIB IS NOW REQUIRED OR THE MOD WON'T RUN!

  • Remade/created a rig for the watcher.
  • Added face rig.

Update ALPHA V1.0.1:

  • A brief heartbeat is now added to the player when the watcher spawns.
  • lightning now spawns when the watcher spawns.
  • the temp model has been changed from an eyeless villager to a human model. (my ghost skin)
  • fixed the mod logo & data not appearing in the mods screen.
  • I attempted to recode the chase music function. (I ultimately failed, so it plays when he spawns)
