You are unsafe. It is hungry. As long as you are around, it will have food. Try not to become its prey. Do not fall to it.
The Starved Stalker will sense you and start walking towards you, and once it is close enough, it will begin the chase.
The Hungering Fields come from the world where the Starved Stalker came from. It is infesting the world. Beware of the creatures that dwell there.
Summon the manifestation of Famine by peaking its interest, and try to kill it for great rewards.

- Screenshake whenever the Starved Stalker or Famine is near
- New monster that starts spawning when Famine is defeated
- Advancements for each enemy that gives a bit of lore
- The overworld's caves are now being infested by the Endless Hunger (new biome in overworld caves)
