Simply Wormhole Pots
An addon for two mods that adds "Friendly Teleport" loot to the "Simply Pots" pots loot table.

This mod will make it easier for you to get teleportation items from the "Friendly Teleport" to teleport to your friends by making you able to find them in the "Simply Pots" pots.
The rarer and the pot is, the better will be the chance for you to get wormhole eyes and wormhole potions.
