Friendly Teleport
Vanilla PVE friendly way to teleport to other players.

A small mod that makes playing with your friends easier by making you able to teleport to the nearest player while keeping it vanilla friendly.
You will need to craft or buy from a wandering villager Wormhole Eyes that teleport you to the nearest player for the price of a small amount of health.
Then you can brew a Wormhole Potion with a Wormhole Eye in a Brewing Stand with Water Bottles. The Wormhole Potion teleports you without the damage.
When you use one of both items you get Wormhole Fatigue for 5 minutes. If you have this effect you can not use any wormhole.
And if you are playing with more than 2 players on the server you might need the Wormhole Catalyst.
When activated you get the Wormhole Catalysis effect. If a player has this effect the other players teleporting with a wormhole will be teleported to them.

Added Return By Death enchantment to Soul Catalyst : when you die with the enchanted Soul Catalyst it comes back when the player respawns.

Added 2 new items the Soul Catalyst and the Lost soul.
Lost souls can be obtained by defeating the warden and are needed to craft the Soul Catalyst.
The Soul Catalyst is an infinite teleport that can be enchanted with the new Wormhole Stamina enchantment to make the Wormhole Fatigue effect duration smaller with every level.

- The particles of the animation now stop spawning when the player stops using the item before it finishes

- Reduced the Wormhole Fatigue of the Wormhole Eye from 5 to 3 minutes
- Reduced the Wormhole Fatigue of the Wormhole Potion from 5 to 1 minute and 15 seconds
- Added a trade with journeyman level cleric villagers to make it easier to obtain the potions
