[SBW] No Pocket Vehicles

It is not really possible to hide your vehicle into a pocket.

A Superb Warfare addon that makes vehicles impossible to store in your inventory. All vehicles remain in the game world and cannot be carried like regular items.

Removed Mortar and TOW from default config (it is now almost empty, you can comment a few examples that i could put there to make your life easier)

TOW is now easily pickable with simple [Shift + RMB] using empty hand on it Mortar is now easily pickable with simple [Shift + RMB] using empty hand on it, it can be rotated with just a [RMB]

Added config with blacklist (written vehicles are not affected by this mod and can be easily picked up)
