Roads and Roofs is an addon for TerraFirmaCraft with the eventual goal of adding road and roof type blocks for use in building. For now, the project is in Alpha, and only includes road related content.
Current Features:
A variety of road blocks, including hoggin, gravel, sett, and flagstonesMattocks to tamp down soil and chisel road-type blocksRoads are build in an immersive multi-stage process, first by tamping the soil, then by laying a base course, and then by placing the walking surfaceRoads provide speed boosts, and similarly to path blocks they do not accumulate snowPatchouli documentation and JEI integration for all recipes

A variety of roof types, including thatch, clay tile, and wooden shakesConcrete roads, which give larger speed boosts in exchange for being difficult to construct

Changelog:
- Reworked concrete cracking internals to be more efficient, hopefully. Should still function identically from the average player's perspective, please report discrepancies.
- Working wet concrete (placing control joints, trodding, stenciling with bricks, etc.) no longer resets concrete cure time

Someone was complaining on Github, so I have removed an error logger that I thought I had removed. Almost certainly this won't actually fix the issues with concrete curing lag people have had, but it will fix the log spam.
I have an idea for a way to fix curing lag, but I'm going to try implementing that in 1.21 and then backporting

First public build of Roads and Roofs for 1.21. First things first, I am marking this as a BETA because I have not tested it super thoroughly, and wanted to get something out for people to play with, and hopefully do my testing for me. Now, I don't think there's anything that I've added that should cause serious issues, but you should STILL make a backup of your world before changing your mod list, especially when you are working with beta versions.
Now, getting onto things that are different from 1.20:
- Blockrunner is now a hard dependency
- Block modification recipes now actually use item interaction events, which means you can use them to make recipes for any block via a datapack, not just blocks added by RNR
- Concrete pouring is now done via a fluid-capable block mod recipe, rather than being hard coded. This can also be used for datapacks
- Added tuff variants of roads, and wood shingles for each of the new ArborFirmaCraft wood types

- Allow arbitrary fluid containers to pour concrete, such as barrels and fluid drums (Thanks Mqrius!)
- Add Chinese translations for langs and guidebook entries (Thanks jmecn!)
- Hopefully fix drying concrete destroying the tick rate (should at least severely reduce the issue)
