A service bell, what is a service bell. Well, the bell provides a service of servicing the servicee, serving that service quite well actually given it is a bell. But anyways, the gist of it is this, the bell will ping the person who placed it. If anyone rings it, it pings the person who placed it. It uses toasts and is crafted with a name tag and a bell.
