A TFC:TNG addon for 1.18.2 and 1.20 that adds three new types of prospecting tools.
- The Prospector's Hammer: A tool similar to the default Prospector's Pick but with a smaller range
- The Prospector's Drill: A directional prospector that scans in the direction you're facing
- The Mineral Prospector: A tool which scans a large area, but only reports non-metal ores
Feel free to add this to any modpacks, no need to ask
Balancing, art suggestions, and bug reports are always welcome on the github
As of 0.4.0, KubeJS can be used to create custom prospecting tools. See the wiki page on the subject.
- Note: this feature will be moving into KubeJS TFC (my other mod) in 1.20
