Particles in Minecraft have always simply popped in and out of existence, and have always lacked a coat of paint that some people might've wanted.
This mod fixes that, now making almost all particles grow/fade into existence, and shrink/fade out of existence! On top of that, some particles are now effected by water.
Bubbles will also finally pop instead of vanishing, too!

- Fixed multiple edge-cases where the transparency or scale of a particle could swap.
- Particles that are caught on a block's collision can now continue moving if that block is removed.
