Occult Delight

Occult Delight adds one block, the Occult Cooking Pot, a Farmer's Delight cooking pot that pulls its ingredients straight from your Occultism storage.

Place it over a heat source, bind it to a Dimensional Storage Actuator, and it cooks any Farmer's Delight recipe using items kept in your Occultism system. It bridges two mods you already run: Farmer's Delight does the cooking, Occultism provides the ingredients.

The Occult Cooking Pot

Built from a Farmer's Delight cooking pot. It sits plain on its own, then a field of stars opens across its sides for as long as it is linked to your storage.

What it does

• Cooks real Farmer's Delight recipes. Every cooking-pot recipe works, including ones added by other Farmer's Delight add-ons. It needs a heat source below it, exactly like the vanilla Farmer's Delight pot.
• Draws from your storage. Open the pot and browse a recipe panel that lists every cooking-pot recipe, each with a live count of how many you can make right now from your inventory and your Occultism storage combined. Search, sort A–Z, or filter to only what you can craft.
• Batch cooking. Click a recipe to load one serving, or shift-click to load as many as the ingredients and the pot allow. Once loaded, the pot owns everything it needs and just cooks, you can walk away.
• Ingredients come from you first. The pot uses your own inventory before touching storage. Occultism keeps items rather than fluids, so anything a recipe needs, milk included, is drawn from storage as an item.
• No power, no range limit. Occultism has no energy, so the pot needs none. Sneak and right-click a Dimensional Storage Actuator to bind it, and the link even reaches across dimensions for as long as the actuator's chunk stays loaded.
• Serving is on your terms. Finished meals wait in the pot until you supply their container, by hand, or with a button that requests it from storage. A second button returns everything to your network.

Getting started

1. Craft an Occult Cooking Pot from a Farmer's Delight cooking pot.
2. Place it on a heat source (campfire, stove, etc.).
3. Sneak + right-click a Dimensional Storage Actuator to bind it.
4. Open it and pick a recipe.

Crafting

Combine a Farmer's Delight cooking pot with a few Occultism parts. The exact recipe is always visible in JEI, EMI or REI, and in the in-game guide book.

Requirements

Requires Farmer's Delight and Occultism for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge). Jade, The One Probe, JEI, EMI, REI and Patchouli are supported but optional.
