About

This is a simple mod to add original ore. When first making equipment, iron is often used, and with the state wanting to use iron for other purposes, resources are often allocated to equipment, and the lack of iron is inevitably noticeable. This mod can give you an advantage in the early stages of the game without having to devote iron to equipment, and it also adds equipment that is more difficult to create but has more powerful performance. As an added bonus, it also adds one long-range weapon.

New Ore

This mod will add 3 ores.

• Minium

One of the original ores added by this mod. (Not related to Minium Stone by Fuzs) It is generated in the overworld Y=-32~320 range. You can craft tools and armor in the same way as vanilla recipes. Tools are faster to mine and have a durability value 1.5 times that of iron. Note that blocks that can be mined with iron can be dropped, but blocks that require diamond or higher tools will not drop. The defensive performance of the armor is only slightly higher than that of iron, but since it is subject to the Effect of Resistance when equipped as a set, it has a higher real defensive value.

• Osmium

It is generated in the range of Y=-64~320 in the overworld. It is used in recipes for some items and can be used in recipes for other mods that use some osmium. Texture borrowed from Mekanism.

• Iris Quartz

It is generated in the overworld Y=-64~-32 range. This ore has a much lower production rate than diamond and is never produced in areas exposed to air. You can craft a Iris Quartz Ingot by using 3 Iris Quartz and 3 Osmium Ingots. You can create a tool by enhancing it from the following Concentrated Minium. However, when making tools, you will also need the Iris Quartz Update Smithing Template, which can be obtained at a certain rate from the chest in End City. The performance is higher than that of Netherlight, and it has a Fireproof effect, so it will not be lost even if it comes in contact with lava. In addition, it grants Resistance Effect (Lv.2 for Peaceful-Easy, Lv.1 for Normal-Hard), Absorption Effect (Lv. decreases with increasing difficulty), and several other effects when equipped as a set. Note, however, that there is a side effect that the Trial Omen Effect is given when the difficulty level is Hard. In addition, six Iris Quartz ingots can be used to strengthen the elytra. In addition, by combining it with the Iris Quartz chest plate, the elytra can be used as a defensive elytra. Both regular chest plates and chest plates with elytra can get the above set of bonuses. Press the boost key (Default: G) while gliding to accelerate using an explosion. (Cooldown: 5 seconds)(After 1.5.0) If you have Elytra Slot and Trinkets installed, you can equip it in the Cape slot.

New Alloy

• Concentrated Minium

This alloy ingot can be created by using 8 pieces of Minium and 1 piece of Osmium, and the Smithing Table can be used to create tools or armor of this alloy by enhancing it from Minium tools in the case of tools or from chainmaille equipment in the case of armor. The mining speed for tools is slightly faster than for Minium, and the durability value is slightly higher than for diamonds, but lower than for netherite. The armor's defensive performance is exactly the same as diamonds, but like Minium, it can receive the Resistance effect when equipped as a set, so its actual defensive strength is higher.

New Tool

• Multitool

This is a tool that can be made using Pickaxe, Shovel, Axe, and Hoe made from the ores that will be added in this mod. The durability value is 3 times that of the stand-alone tool. Therefore, the durability value is slightly less than that of 4 tools. This tool is a suitable tool for a small number of blocks in addition to those that can be mined with Pickaxe, Shovel, Axe, and Hoe. Other than that, it also has the following features

・Extract raw materials for Sea Lantern, Glowstone, and Honeycomb Block

・Turn Obsidian into Crying Obsidian

・The same function as right-click of Shovel and Axe.

・TrialSpawner cool time reduced to 9/10.

• Energy Gun

This is a simple gun that is loaded with metal or jewelry and fired as energy. It can be loaded by holding and using the metal or gem you wish to turn into energy in your off-hand. The energy of the gun must be Empty from the matching energy to be loaded. The available energy can be found by looking at the recipes from REI or EMI. It can be enchanted with Energy Boost and Looting enchantments; Energy Boost is an enchantment that increases power and can be obtained at a certain rate from Mineshaft's chest loot.

• Deepslate Miner

This item destroys Deepslate or Tuff in a 5x5x5 area in front of or in the center of the selected block. It is a disposable item and will be gone after one use. It can be crafted with 4 Iron Ingot, 4 Minium Ingot and 1 RedStone Block.

• Wind Exploder

The item emits a blast at one's feet when used. There are two versions: a standard version and an advanced version, the latter of which can be enchanted with Unbreaking and Mending enchantments.

• Spear

This weapon has a longer attack distance of 2 blocks compared to other tools. Compared to the sword, the attack is a single attack, so instead of being weak against many, it can avoid mobs you don't want to attack. It can be enchanted with enchantments that increase damage and Unbreakable, Mending, and Looting. Iris Quartz's tool has a range of 1 block longer.

• Iris Quartz Pendant

Gain Poison Heal Effect and Prevent fall damage and collision damage. When you die, you consume and revive, but a minute cooldown is imposed. If you fall into the void, in dimensions with a ceiling you will respawn at the spawn point, and in dimensions without a ceiling you will be granted Slow Falling and warped to a high location(Only Players). Some effects are enhanced, Reduce damage except for certain parts and Prevent wither damage when wearing a full set of Iris Quartz equipment. You can equip it in the Necklace slot of Trinkets only while Trinkets are loaded.(After 1.5.0).

• Minium Shield

Crafted using one Minium Ingot and any six slabs. Holding it in your off-hand slightly increases your defense.

• Iris Quartz Mace

In addition to having enhanced parameters compared to a regular mace, right-clicking and releasing it toward blocks or entities creates a powerful blast that knocks them back.

New Block

• Easy Grinder

This block is capable of damaging the Mob it is on. The mobs that fall due to this damage drop experience, but do not drop items such as blaze rods, which players must defeat to drop them.

• Advanced Grinder

It is more powerful than Easy Grinder, and mobs that fall due to this damage drop loot from player kills, such as blazes.

• Iris Quartz Grinder

Deals the same damage as the Advanced Grinder, but Looting X is always applied. When Farmer's Delight is installed, damage is treated as if caused by a knife.

• Easy Conveyor

This is a block that moves the Mob in the direction it is placed. Mob will not spawn on this block.

• Minium Passable Glass

A block that players can pass through, but other mobs and entities recognize as a wall.

• Minium Touchable Glass

A block that players can touch, but other mobs and entities pass through. Rain also passes through it.

• Temporally Block

A block that can be placed using the Temporally Block Placer. Enchanting the Temporally Block Placer allows you to control how long the block persists or whether it disappears at all.

• Minium Anvil

Its effects are the same as the vanilla anvil.

• Iris Quartz Apple

Increases the maximum Health by 2. The default upper limit is 40.
