This release contains a few missing recipes that you will have yourself as well as a lack of FX, there's an upcoming update that will sort all of this out!!!
Project Background
Ex Sartagine: Requiem is a fork and continuation of the original open-source project ( "Ex Sartagine") by Absolem Jackdaw, made with his permission.

This mod was brought back to life thanks to the RotN team for use in their pack with member Foreck directing the project as well as providing any new assets, IItemStack doing all the coding and heavy work, CalaMariGold and Kompy_87 managing commissions, for the purpose of using it in the modpack Rebirth of the Night; however, the mod is perfect for anyone looking to make the cooking system of Minecraft more or even less complex.
What does the mod do?
The primary use of Ex Sartagine: Requiem is for modpack developers to add different recipes using its different stations; quoting the original mod, by default, Ex Sartagine allows you to save up on coal, distribute the heat in a multi-block cooking range, cook food faster, and smelt ores more efficiently. EVERYTHING can be customized through Craft Tweaker, recipes, recipe time for the kettle, blocks that act as heaters, whether to render standing legs, etc. Check the Pages tab for documentation.
By default, cookware works on multiblocks known as cooking ranges. There are two cooking ranges and a few pieces of cookware:
Cooking Ranges
Hearth and Hearth Cooking Range

Up to one extension can be added for two surfaces on which to cook. It requires ignition with a flint & steel or being upgraded to automatic (configurable and customizable, add custom upgrade items via the ore dictionary ore:self_igniter)
Stove and Stove Cooking Range

Up to three extensions can be added for four surfaces on which to cook. Just add fuel and it will start burning (can be changed to manual ignition in the config)
Cookware
Bake Kettle

The most important addition for mod pack makers made by this fork: · Support for any forge liquid in recipes (doesn't retain contents when broken) · 3x3 recipe grid for shaped and shapeless recipes plus a Catalyst slot for an extra ingredient --> 3x3 slots for multiple outputs
Wok

A GUI-less block that can cook 3x3 recipes with liquid support and requiring interaction with a spatula
No need for coal
GUI-less
Crafttweaker support for recipes using liquids and requiring stirring with a "spatula" (wooden shovel by default, oredict: 'spatula')
Cooking Pot

- Uses water and cooks a single item faster than a regular furnace
Smelter

- Smelts ores with a 33% chance to produce extra output
Finally, the mod adds a conservative but healthy amount of food items, most of which come with default recipes:

Sorry, I forgot to update the mod on Modrinth for uh, the past three years. Here's the additive changelog since 0.3.12:
- JEI recipes now display in the order they are registered (they would appear in a random order before).
- The internal liquid tanks of the kettle, pot, and cauldron can be interacted directly with liquid container items now (e.g. you can click with a water bucket directly on the tank to deposit or extract it)
- Reimplemened recipe logic for all the crafting machines to deal with various outstanding bugs, including EXP Gain via Shift + L/R Click Kettle #3 and the inability to add different recipes with the same output item
- Added Crafttweaker methods to remove Wok and Kettle recipes by output
- Added direct cooktop cooking mechanics. Hearth and Oven and their extensions can now directly cook four items at once directly on their surfaces
- Recipes are inherited from furnaces by default, and can be added specifically as well
- Any four items can be placed on top of the blocks (this means actual cookware must be shift-placed now)
- Damages living entities standing on top while on
- For inherited furnace recipes,
- Hearth and extensions cook items at x0.3 the speed of vanilla furnaces
- Range and extensions cook items at x0.5 the speed of vanilla furnaces
- Hearth fire texture is now animated 🔥
- Added the "Cutting Board"
- Uncraftable and comes with no recipes by default. Rotatable
- Shift+RMB with any ore:knife on top to stick the item on the table
- Accepts an input, defined "knives," and an output. Clicking with the defined knife on the table will cut the object and spawn the outputs in world to the right of the table (allowing for collection with a hopper or similar), spending 1 durability per recipe. Amount of clicks/cuts can be defined per recipe
- Added the "Cauldron", an upgraded version of the pot that inherits its recipes
- Added the "Combustion Chamber" item. Can upgrade a hearth to behave exactly like an oven
- Implemented a "dirtying" mechanic, where certain recipes can cause cookware to become dirty, after which only further dirty recipes can be processed until the cookware is clean. To clean an appliance, one can:
- Wait out the amount of the specified time for the specific nasty recipe
- Interact with the appliance with any item with ore:cleaner, damaging the item by 1
- Interact with the appliance with any item with ore:washer while there's at least 250mb of liquid water in the container (liquid and mb configurable), damaging the item by 1
- Create a recipe with negative "dirtyTime"
- Removed (? cooked beans
- Made various minor enhancements:
- Added tooltips to the buttons in the kettle UI for improved clarity
- Slightly tweaked the smelter's collision to better match its model
- Added a configuration option to disable smelter fire particles (retains smoke though)
- Bubble particles generate while the pot or cauldron are cooking
- The pot can collect rainwater if left out in the rain
- Added tossing of items into the pot (similar to the Botania petal apothecary)
- Tweaked hearth, oven, and extensions' GUI
- Items can be added and removed from the Cutting Board and cooktops using shift + scrollwheel
- Removed test:recipe

1.12.2-0.3.10Релиз1.12.2 · 27 мая 2023 г.
0.3.10 [Polish Update] Major fixes and polishing to the Hearth Update
- Changed CraftTweaker methods, scripts will likely break. Check the wiki for documentation
- Fixed default igniting behavior of stove and hearth being swapped (hearth is intended to be manually ignited; stove, automatic)
- Fixed hitbox and rendering for the bake kettle
- Fixed wok voiding ingredients for 1:1 recipes or when adding >9 ingredients
- Updated particles of stoves and hearths, they now produce smoke from the intended parts and the hearth produces fire particles when on
- Added default recipes for the stove, hearth, and both their extensions
- Added Click sound when igniting and a crackling sound when operating a hearth
- Added a "+" to JEI for the bake kettle to move available ingredients to the crafting grid
0.3.7 [Hearth Update] Changelog for new users
New models for all blocks, new item textures
Kettle is now the Bake Kettle, with a model more similar to a Dutch oven
Pan is now the Wok, along with an entire rework
New models for the Pot and Smelter
New and improved GUI for the bake kettle (includes a new button to void liquids)
Added default recipes and textures for missing spaghetti and noodles (renamed to udon)
Added the standalone hearth and stove, reworked pan!
Transforming furnaces into range extensions has been removed! instead, you have to add recipes for the new standalone extension blocks (default recipes will be added in a later release)
The hearth can accept fuel and power one cooking range extension, but it is half as fuel-efficient and needs to be ignited using flint & steel (or any item with the ore dictionary entry 'exsartagine:self_igniter_upgrade'). This behavior can be toggled off in the config
The stove is the equivalent of the old cooking range, it is now a separate block that can also be used for heating blocks as well as powering up to 3 extensions
The wok replaces the pan, it is a GUIless, Craft Tweaker-compatible cooking station that can accept a multitude of items and cook them in liquid. Additionally, you can specify if using a "spatula" a certain amount of times is required for a recipe (there's a default joke recipe you can test with a wooden shovel, but you can add your own spatulas with the ore dictionary entry 'spatula').
Added a new Craft Tweaker method to allow for any cooking ware from this mod to be placed on top of the specified block and render standing legs, useful for campfires!
Added SFX for boiling things on pots, frying things on woks, and opening and closing the Bake Kettle
