New Dedicated DTNP Wolf Static Spawn System for spawning DTNP Wolves upon Chunk Generation:

• This system allow easier configuration of the static spawning of DTNP Wolves, including easier tuning of its rarity.
• DTNP now chunk-generate-spawn DTNP wolf seperately from vanilla with respexct to the biome's creature probability.
• WolfBiomeConfig now completely dictates how each variant will be spawned using the new system.
• Each Wolf Biome Config have a dedicated float spawn chance that is independent from other spawns and can be easily tuned. This entry is optional and if ommitted or having a non positive value, the config will not be used to spawn DTNP wolf upon Chunk Generation.
• Each WolfBiomeConfig will now also have optional minCount and maxCount and a float spawnChance to facilitate spawning.
• This also fix a questionable vanilla behaviour where the checking spawn pos being at the corner of the block rather than the middle.

• This system can be entirely disabled in the Config. If this is disabled, DTNP Wolves will not spawn upon Chunk Generation.

  Added Underground Spawning upon Chunk Generation for DTNP Wolves:
• DTNP Wolves now can spawn underground in caves.

• Can be disabled via config.

  Underground Suite
• Charcoal - Spawn randomly underground in Savanna Biomes

• Sculk - Spawn randomly in Deep Dark Biomes located under Jagged/Frozen/Strony Peaks and Meadow. It dampens vibrations.

  Added 2 DTNP Built-in Datapacks:
• DTNP Wolf Spawn Increase: Make DTNP Wolves spawn more common.
• (1.20 and under) DTNP Armored Paws Spawn: Added Vanilla's Armored Paws Variant in to be spawned as DTNP Wolves which can be trained into DTN Dogs.

• You can access these Datapacks in the world creation screen or using the /datapack command.

  Water Suite Improvements

Refactor and improved Water Spawn.

Water Suite now rather stay at the bottom of the ocean than swim up towards the ocean surface.

Improve Water Suite Navigation.

Tuned some variant spawn rate and allow Molten to spawn on more blocks and in lava.

Dessicated is now fireImmune.

• Removed Obselete Feature and Config to make Gelato Suite and Yuzu spawn rarer.
