Fix #2517 enchantments only available from commands. Merged pull request from programgames #2520 Add french translation file. Fix #2518 items could vanish instead of being accepted or rejected when a hopper (or anything else using the vanilla Container interface) fed them into a machine, such as the Anvils and Uncrafting Grinder. Fix #2516 #2519: Auto Smelt was smelting everything you mined with any tool, even fully unenchanted ones, instead of only tools with the Auto Smelt enchant. Also fixed the Excavate and Soulbound advancements.

Ported to mc1.21.1.
