Mineforgian
Adds the Prison Realm and Back Gate to Minecraft. They are currently unobtainable in survival.
Prison Realm: Sends a player that gets right clicked to a seperate dimension, in here you can't die to get out and the walls are unbreakable.
Back Gate: Frees the player in the Prison Realm, putting them at the location where the gate was used.

- Added a new gamerule, prisonrealmsealtime. Allows you to set how long sealing takes in ticks (20 ticks in one second)

Bugfix and minor update
- Fixed respawning outside of Prison Realm (for real this time)
- Added 2 new commands:
- /prisonrealmcheck, can be used by anyone, says if someone is in Prison Realm
- /resetprisonrealm, only for admin use, sets the variable that checks if someone is in Prison Realm to false, basically allowing one more person to be sealed

Update
- Prison Realm and Back Gate got new models
- Reworked sealing system, now takes one minute instead of being instant and is only single target
- Fixed being able to send multiple players to Prison Realm
- Back Gate now requires nether star in offhand
- If cursed fate is installed, gives the player getting sealed and the player sealing them the cutscene effect
