QuantuMiz Fresh

Keeping things fresh. QuantuMiz Fresh is the lightweight alternative edition of QuantuMiz which always fetches fresh new updates by Mojang, while keeping less mods for faster updates of the mods.

QuantuMiz Fresh is the third edition of QuantuMiz which includes less mods and feature than original QuantuMiz, and always uses up-to-date Minecraft version.

Features

  • Only includes essential optimization and feature mods (such as No Chat Report, Iris Shader mod) for faster updates
  • Latest version of Minecraft are used, unlike QuantuMiz which is updated every 6~9 months
  • Updated every 2 weeks (Some exception exists such as mods update delay or new feature drop updates/hotfixes by Mojang)
  • 100% community-made, free and open-source! All mod's source code are available on their respective GitHub page.

This is the last update for QuantuMiz Fresh. Due to lack of time and motivation to maintain everything, QuantuMiz Fresh is discontinued as of May 21, 2026. It is recommended to use the alternatives that is actively maintained, such as Simply Optimized Up-to-date (Fabric) and Simply Optimized Reloaded (NeoForge). Main QuantuMiz and QuantuMiz CE will still receive an update. More information can be found here. Thank you for everyone who used and supported the modpack.

Important Announcement (Please Read):

We are currently in progress of migrating the Codeberg due to various reasons. Because of that, QuantuMiz Project's source code, issue tracker, releases from GitHub will no longer available at the end of April 2026. However, issue tracker will be provided in the seperate repository for those who still use GitHub, and the archive will still be present on Modrinth for better accessibility. Thank you for your understanding.

Phew, this took a lot than I expected. Because of that this has big changes included!

What's new

  • Rebased to 26.1.1 & Updated some of the mods for 26.1.1 release (Backwards compatible with 26.1 without issues)
  • Backported most of configuration from QuantuMiz 4.0.0-beta1
  • Added Cloth Config API, required by some mods for better configuration UI
  • Added No Chat Restrictions - Now accounts with Mojang/Microsoft flagged can now chat again without issues
  • Replaced YOSBR with Config Manager, and now provides option to update or reset the configuration manually
  • Removed Mod Menu for NeoForge edition

Since Mod Menu is originally included for NeoForge Loader, we felt this one is really unnecessary, and therefore removed from the list.
