This Pack is based on Remarkably Optimized
This is an optimization-focused modpack designed for extremely low-end hardware. It is specifically tuned to provide a smooth experience on older laptops, such as the Lenovo L440 (Intel HD 4600), where it can achieve 120 FPS with optimized settings.
Tested on a Lenovo L440 (i3-4000M, 8GB RAM, Intel HD 4600 Graphics) [which is my main Laptop]
Vanilla : 26.2: ~25-35 FPS
This Pack : 60 - 195 FPS (8 Chunks)
Tested On GamerPotion's FPS Tester
Potanium Optimized doesn't add any additional content to the game, allowing for compatibility with most any world or server.

Description
when you use the modpack for the first time it will use the default settings when you change the settings, and you update the modpack the options.txt wont affect your fov and keybind settings or anyother settings
