FrameWalk Mobile 🚀📱

Minecraft Java on Android, actually playable.

Let's be real—trying to run Java Edition on a phone usually feels like watching a slideshow. FrameWalk Mobile is a specialized Fabric 1.21.11 modpack built to change that. Whether you’re on PojavLauncher or MojoLauncher, this pack is gutted and rebuilt to squeeze every possible frame out of budget ARM chips like the Helio P35 (Samsung A03s) in which if you try to open the normal 1.21.11 version on it... itll just give you a black screen and crash.

Review from a friend with a budget phone

Anonymous~ "It was actually surprising how much this improved my performance, at First it wasn't that much of an improvement but when i adjusted settings i suddenly got over 300fps and an average of about 100fps which is incredible for my device which is an oppo a98 which has a 120hz display so it was stable to an extent, i used it using mojolauncher and also adjusted some settings inside mojolauncher itself (to disable the V-Sync thats forced by the launcher). At last i really enjoyed this Modpack and i recommend it for every mobile-java player."

⚠️ START HERE: Installation Guide (PojavLauncher Users)

If you are using MojoLauncher, you can just download/update directly in the app. If you're on Pojav, follow these steps to avoid a crash-loop:

Clean Slate: Open Pojav, run 1.21.11 vanilla once, and quit at the main menu.

Fabric Time: Run the 1.21.11 Fabric Installer .jar using the "Install a .jar" button in Pojav.

The Mod Dump: Use a file manager (turn on "Show Hidden Files") and move the mods from this pack into:

Android > data > net.kdt.pojavlaunch > files > .minecraft > mods.

The Setup:

Renderer: Set to Zink (use HolyGL if Zink acts weird).

Resolution Scaler: Start at 50-60%. (If you want to go to 25% for max speed, go for it—I'm not gonna judge you).

Memory: Set this to 1200MB - 1500MB. DO NOT give it all your RAM or Android will kill the app and you'll crash.

💻 The "Zero Stutter" JVM Arguments

Standard Java isn't built for phones with 3GB of RAM. To stop those annoying "hiccups" when you break blocks or load chunks, go to Settings > Java Tweaks > JVM Arguments, clear the box, and paste this:

-XX:+UseG1GC -XX:+ParallelRefProcEnabled -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+DisableExplicitGC -XX:+AlwaysPreTouch -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1MaxNewSizePercent=30 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=8M -XX:G1ReservePercent=15 -XX:G1HeapWastePercent=5 -XX:G1MixedGCCountTarget=4 -XX:InitiatingHeapOccupancyPercent=15 -XX:G1MixedGCLiveThresholdPercent=90 -XX:G1RSetUpdatingPauseTimePercent=5 -XX:SurvivorRatio=32 -XX:+PerfDisableSharedMem -XX:MaxTenuringThreshold=1

That makes perfect sense! If you only want to replace that bottom half so you don't mess up the formatting of your installation guide and reviews at the top, you can just highlight the old changelog and paste this right over it.

Here is just that specific section, formatted exactly the way you had it:

FrameWalk Mobile — The "Global Potato" Update (26.1.x)

We survived the jump to the new Minecraft engine! This update is a "scorched earth" approach to optimization (you are going to have to get used to my english level of typing). We stress-tested this on actual Android hardware locked at 1.1GB of RAM, and it bolted firmly to 60 FPS.

➕ The New Gear

Crash Assistant: Budget phones crash. Now, instead of throwing you to the home screen, the game will actually tell you exactly why it crashed so you can adjust your RAM limits.

FPS Reducer: Battery and thermal control. Your phone's CPU now gets micro-breaks when you are in menus to cool down, stopping thermal throttling.

Packet Fixer & Fast IP Ping: Brings server-grade network stability to mobile. If you are playing on spotty mobile data, this stops you from rubber-banding and timing out.

Better Block Entities: Swapped in to keep chests and complex blocks optimized and low-poly on the new engine.

C2ME & NoisiumForked: Rebuilt the multi-threaded terrain generation stack. Sprinting into new chunks will not melt your CPU anymore.

Particle Visor: A highly aggressive new particle culling replacement to stop the game from rendering hidden potion and torch effects.

➖ The "Fat" we cut

Removed: Methane, More Culling, ThreadTweak, Exordium, MemoryLeakFix, FastAnim, and Auto Render Distance. (These haven't caught up to 26.1 or aren't needed with the new Vulkan rendering APIs).

Ksyxis: Permanently removed. With the new 26.x rendering pipelines, it is officially obsolete.

Iris: Removed. Shaders are cool, but not on a budget phone trying to hit a stable 60 FPS.

🎮 In-Game Settings for the Win

Note: The pack now ships with a pre-configured options.txt file so you don't crash on your first boot!

Balanced (For 6GB+ RAM):

  1. Render Distance: 6 - 8 Chunks

  2. Simulation Distance: 5 - 8 Chunks

  3. Graphics: Fast

  4. Clouds: OFF

Extreme / Potato Mode (For 3GB-4GB RAM limits):

  1. Render Distance: 2 - 4 Chunks

  2. Smooth Lighting: OFF

  3. Particles: Minimal

  4. Mipmap Levels: 0

  5. Biome Blend: 0

1.2.0Релиз26.1.2 · 17 апреля 2026 г.

FrameWalk Mobile — The "Global Potato" Update (Minecraft 26.1.x, yes this modpack will likely stay for a long time not being updated because of mojang changing their naming scheme and ill have to get used to it and i also have a lot of background stuff going on in my life to take care of)

Welcome to the 26.x era. This update marks a massive shift for FrameWalk Mobile. I am no longer just optimizing for specific budget chips; this pack has been completely re-engineered from the ground up to be the ultimate safety net for all budget Android devices globally.

Whether you have a low-end MediaTek, an older Snapdragon, or a Unisoc processor, this build is designed to survive the translation layer and lock you in at a stable 60 FPS. It survived a 512MB Ram PC chokehold test and pushed a flawless 60 FPS on mobile Vulkan translation during our stress tests.

🚀 The 26.x Era Shift Updated Core: Transitioned the entire pack to the brand new Fabric 26.1.2 architecture.

Vulkan Ready: Confirmed stable translation on mobile GPUs (like the Samsung Xclipse 540) using the Vulkan API via ANGLE/Zink.

➕ Added & Updated for Performance Better Block Entities: Swapped in to replace EBE. Chests and complex blocks remain optimized and low-poly.

NoisiumForked & Concurrent Chunk Management Engine (C2ME): Rebuilt the multi-threaded terrain generation stack for 26.1. Sprinting into new chunks will not melt your CPU.

Particle Visor: A highly aggressive new particle culling replacement to stop the game from rendering hidden potion and torch effects.

Crash Assistant: Budget phones crash. Now, instead of throwing you to the home screen, the game will actually tell you exactly why it crashed so you can fix your RAM limits.

Thermal Control: Added FPS Reducer. Paired with Dynamic FPS, your phone's CPU now gets micro-breaks to cool down, saving battery and stopping thermal throttling.

Network Armor: Added Packet Fixer and Fast IP Ping to stabilize the connection when you are playing on spotty mobile data or public Wi-Fi.

➖ Removed (The 26.1 Casualties) The jump to 26.1 means a few mods haven't caught up yet. We stripped these out to maintain perfect stability, and honestly, the pack is running so fast you won't even miss them:

Removed for now: More Culling, ThreadTweak, Exordium, MemoryLeakFix, FastAnim, Methane, Better Beds, and Auto Render Distance.

Ksyxis: Permanently removed. With the new 26.x rendering pipelines, it is officially obsolete.

⚙️ Recommended Launcher Settings Renderer: Use Zink (Vulkan translation is highly stable in this build).

Resolution Scaler: Set to 50-70%.

Allocated Memory: Lock exactly at 1200MB - 1500MB. Do not starve Android of its required background memory.

Options.txt: The pack now ships with pre-configured "Extreme Potato" settings. Render distance is defaulted to a safe limit so you don't crash on your first boot, have fun!

v1.1.0Релиз1.21.11 · 10 марта 2026 г.

FrameWalk Mobile v1.1.0 This update focuses on aggressive memory management and rendering shortcuts to hit a stable 60 FPS on budget ARM chips (Helio P35/A03s). We’ve gutted the remaining vanilla bottlenecks to lock the frame rate at the screen's max refresh rate.

➕ Added for Performance Podium: Essential bypass to run the latest Sodium builds on Pojav without crashing.

Methane: Replaced the entire lighting engine. By disabling shadows and light calculations, we gained a massive FPS overhead.

ModernFix (UPDATED): Drastically lowered RAM usage and patched several engine-level leaks that cause mobile crashes.

C2ME & Noisium: Multi-threaded world generation. Moving and loading chunks no longer causes the "stutter" common on 8-core mobile CPUs.

Exordium: Throttled the HUD/GUI rendering. This stops the hotbar and inventory from eating GPU cycles needed for the world.

Enhanced Block Entities: Converted chests and beds from laggy "entities" into optimized blocks.

Cull Less Leaves & More Culling (UPDATED): Aggressively stops the GPU from rendering any hidden geometry or transparent leaf layers.

ThreadTweak: Optimized how the game handles tasks across the phone's CPU cores to prevent overheating/throttling.

BadOptimizations (UPDATED): Added for micro-stutter fixes in the renderer that Sodium misses.

➖ Removed / Replaced Iris (Optional): Removed from the base config to save overhead. Shaders are NOT for low end phones that try to get anything close to 60 FPS on this hardware.

Standard Sodium Configs: Wiped and replaced with a low-poly/fast-draw preset.

Redundant UI Mods: Removed any non-essential HUD mods that were adding to the "ImmediatelyFast" workload.

Vanilla Lighting: Effectively disabled via Methane to prioritize raw frame throughput.

⚙️ Recommended Pojav/MojoLauncher Tweaks Renderer: Use Zink (or HolyGL if Zink stutters on your specific A03s variant).

Resolution Scaler: Set to 50-60% (use 25% if you really want more fps for some reason, go on im not gonna judge you).

Allocated Memory: Lock at 1200MB - 1500MB. Assigning more will cause Android to kill the app, meaning the game will crash.
