✨ Introduction to Actually Optimized

Actually Optimized is a modpack that aims to improve performance without changing the vanilla experience. Experience buttery-smooth gameplay, lightning-fast loading times, and a huge performance boost you wouldn't expect from your potato PC. Check out this Github Page if you want to upgrade your frames even more.

Warning! This modpack is not done yet. Im still working on making it get the best Performance without having any issues and if you do find any issues or want to suggest something make sure to join my Discord Server and we will discuss about it there! Also make sure to download the latest release of this Modpack to avoid crashes, errors, etc...

📥 How do I install Actually Optimized?

🔧 Compatibility

Actually Optimized does not add any additional features, allowing compatibility with most servers and worlds. This modpack was also meant to be used with other mods, so feel free to add them if you have any!

⚙️ Updates Quickly

Actually Optimized gets its updates very quickly! Usually, it takes between 1 hour to 3 days. If a mod is not updated yet, it's most probably because the mod is incompatible with another mod.

Note: This does not apply to snapshots most of the time. I do not bother as they can sometimes require lots of maintenance and come out too quickly.

  • Updated 3 mods
  • Removed the following mods:
    • Removed Sodium Extra & Reese's Sodium Options as I dont use any of its features in the modpack (you can add them yourself if you want)
    • Removed Iris. According to some of ImmediatelyFast testings it shows that Iris with ImmediatelyFast may reduce FPS when rendering entities.

  • Sorry for not updating for updating for 15 whole days, here is AO 1.3.0 . I don't know what else to do so I can improve this modpack for 1.20.1 so im gonna start working on making releases for newer & older versions. Enjoy!

  • Almost finished the github wiki.
    • What is this wiki for? This wiki will have some more advanced stuff on how you can squeeze every last bit of your performance. Such as changing your Java runtime and JVM flags, and some other resources that you can install after installing my modpack.
  • Made a new Modpack!
    • Many people have reported that VulkanMod works better than Sodium or the opposite but this is actually because one can work better depending on your specs, so meet Vulkanium! Vulkanium is a modpack that aims to improve the performance by using the VulkanAPI along with some other minecraft mods, configured for the best performance. I advice you checking out both modpacks and seeing which one works better.
  • Almost 100+ Downloads!! 🎉
    • I promise you if we get 100+ downloads (I know we will) then I will make a video explaining what each mod does, how can you get even better FPS and more!
  • Older/Newer Versions
    • I talked about making releases for older versions they are on their way. Btw change of plans im going to make releases for the following versions: 1.19.2, 1.19.3, 1.19.4, 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2

Thanks for 60 Downloads! The modpack is almost ready, this also means that im gonna be making Actually Optimized for older & newer versions. From 1.19 - 1.20.2 to be exact.
