Adds vhs effect, soft shadows, bloom, wavy water. Attempting to make the visuals like those old photos taken in PSP/original iphone.
This is a really early project, don't expect much. There are a bunch of stuff I need to fix and I am new to this whole minecraft shaders thing.

added broken ssr, options, sharp shadows that align with the 16x16 textures, wavy grass & leaves and bloom is now tied to the vhs effect (dont ask me how that happened)
