Optimism-shader

This is a little Shader which makes Minecraft at night more Horror-ish.

1. It adds an dark fog at night, if you aren't around a lightsource,
2. It adds red eyes that can randomly* appear and if the light level is 0 the shader makes that spot completely dark, instead of the vanilla darkness where you can still see pretty much everything if you put your brightness up.
3. At night-time the light can for a short period of time go out.

this is my first Shader and I made this in two days so don't expect much!

*(almost random there isn't a proper way to do complete randomness in a shader)
