A simple high performance shader to make the game look smoother and wamer.Aswell making it more atmospheric with tweaks to the fog.Aswell as some added bloom effects in the newest version.

Tweaked fog and lighting aswell as ading some subltle film grain and sharpening.

I added bloom(also used to slightly fake auto exposure) and made the fog exponential(it makes it hard to see under water but this is a work in progress, it looks nicer 99% of the time).No noticable change in performance.
