Removed support for BetterEnd's various Forge ports since they aren't on this version

The only one I could find uses the betterend namespace, so the existing support for it will work.

Overhauled the versioning system again

Now follows modded standards, with each minecraft version being a new major version (e.g. 1.20 is now v8.X, 1.21 is now v9.X, etc.)

"Ported" the pack to 1.21.11 (have i mentioned how much i hate the constant pointless pack format changes?)
