This resource pack makes several textures have a partial glow, and works in Vanilla Minecraft without any mods. It does not use core shaders, so is compatible with Sodium and Iris.

Completely overhauled pack to utilize new 26.1 texture cutouts, instead of relying on block model hacks. This means this pack is significantly more optimized and performant and actually worth using!

Fixed the pack breaking Firefly Bushes
Fixed the pack no longer working for Creaking Hearts in their Awake state.
