Glass shouldn't have opaque pixels! Gives a translucent texture to glass, glass panes, and beacons.

Gives standard glass a proper translucent texture, making it less visually distracting. This was originally only possible as a mod. That mod is still available, but due to changes in 26.1, the built-in resource pack from that mod now works by itself!
