Sleek visuals for a better gameplay: clearer spyglass, clearer stained glass, rainbow XP, ...

Following changes are currently included in the pack:

spyglass-view now only shows the border, making it more transparent
all stained glass blocks are now more transparent (removed the semi translucent parts)
the experience bar is now rainbow colored
