Replaces Minecrafts normal Pigstep sounds with a Technoblade version by Avatarpeanut.

Art is also made by Avatarpeanut.

Fixed the title of the pigstep disc item for 1.21+ aswell as cleaned up the lang file.
Increased the audio volume by 10%.
